Satoshium Build
This page tracks the engineering direction of Satoshium as it evolves into a coherent public software and documentation platform. The goal is not fast expansion. The goal is durable architecture: public service surfaces, shared knowledge, verifiable claims, structured systems, and review workflows that can support long-horizon human and AI reasoning.
📍 Current Build State
Satoshium is currently in a service-stabilization phase. Public documentation, architecture pages, and operational service surfaces are in place, including Aegis, Agent Governance, and Verification Ledger. Labs and Signal remain supporting layers, while current work prioritizes service clarity, documentation continuity, screenshot-ready public tools, and SOU-facing evidence preservation before deeper capability expansion.
🧭 Build Orientation
Satoshium is no longer just a collection of pages or isolated demos. The platform now has a stable architectural baseline: a public dashboard, layered site structure, systems and services documentation, a canonical knowledge foundation, and operational service surfaces for inspection, governance evaluation, and verification workflows. The work ahead is focused on preserving clarity, continuity, and functionality rather than adding complexity too quickly.
✅ What is already in place
- Public Build Progress dashboard and shared site structure
- Architecture, Systems, Services, Education, Labs, Build, Updates, Repo Map, Registry, and Connect pages
- Standardized topbar and shared footer components across the platform
- Glossary / Knowledge Hub as an early canonical vocabulary foundation
- Satoshium AI Chat as an interactive entry point into the platform vision
- Prompt Wizard as an early guided prompting and interface utility
- Satoshium Labs as a supporting evaluation layer with browser-based demos and converted app experiences
- Signal Boards as a coordination layer supporting infrastructure signals, archival tracking, and proposal intake across Satoshium, Bitcoin, and AI alignment
- Agent Governance Tool as a public governance evaluation surface for structured ruleset review, decision records, and exportable verification artifacts
- Verification Ledger Tool as a public verification interface supporting tamper-evident records, SHA-256 references, exportable reports, and integrity validation
- Clear separation between platform systems, services, experiments, and public documentation
🎯 Current build priority
The current phase is operational service stabilization with visible interaction layers.
- Maintain the Aegis, Agent Governance, and Verification Ledger tools as the strongest public operational service surfaces
- Preserve working service flows, structured outputs, export artifacts, and screenshot-ready public tool states
- Clarify system relationships across Architecture, Systems, Repo Map, Registry, and Labs
- Continue refining successful service interfaces into stable browser-accessible review workflows
- Refine supporting service pages, architecture pages, and Updates records so the public build remains coherent and reviewable
- Develop governance and agent-safety concepts with clear boundaries around review, documentation, evaluation, and verification
- Keep the public build record clean, traceable, and aligned with long-term platform direction
Phase 0 — Public Foundation
Completed- Public progress hub established
- Transparent build and update structure established
- Education layer and foundational explainer pages published
- Shared navigation and shared footer infrastructure implemented
- Public-facing structure organized for long-term maintainability
This phase created the public surface that allows Satoshium to be built visibly and coherently.
Phase 1 — Platform Structure & Documentation Baseline
Completed- Entire Progress site rebuilt from a partially flat layout into a layered architecture
- Architecture, Systems, and Services layers documented and separated clearly
- Topbar navigation stabilized across all pages and internal links verified
- Duplicate semantics removed and platform categories clarified
- Public dashboard, updates framework, repo map, and registry baseline established
This phase transformed Satoshium from a growing set of pages into a stable documentation portal for a real platform.
Phase 2 — Knowledge, Prompting & Reasoning Infrastructure
Current- Glossary / Knowledge Hub establishes the canonical vocabulary layer for the future Knowledge Engine
- Definitions, categories, tags, exports, and controlled vocabulary workflows are now operational
- Prompt Wizard extends the platform into guided prompt design and structured interaction
- AI Chat provides an early conversational interface into the broader Satoshium ecosystem
- Signal Boards now extend the platform into a live coordination layer for structured infrastructure signaling and moderated proposal intake
- Architecture now frames Satoshium as a reasoning platform using shared knowledge, verifiable claims, prompt guidance, simulation tools, and coordination interfaces
- Current work focuses on deepening the Knowledge Engine, refining interaction pathways, and aligning related documentation, governance surfaces, and experiments
This phase is about preserving the shared language, guided interaction, public service clarity, and reasoning model that future systems will depend on.
Parallel Track — Satoshium Labs
ExperimentalLabs is a supporting evaluation track of the same platform. It provides a controlled environment where Satoshium concepts can be explored interactively before they are treated as stable system components.
- Labs portal is live as a supporting evaluation layer of the ecosystem
- Multiple applications have been built, tested, and staged across controlled evaluation tools, signal tools, and guided interfaces
- Successful experiments are increasingly being converted into self-contained browser apps
- Examples now include AI Chat, Prompt Wizard, Glossary / Knowledge Hub, Sovereign Signal, and additional Labs demos and browser ports
- Signal-oriented experiments such as Sovereign Signal continue to expand the platform's exploration of visibility, coordination, and future-facing infrastructure interfaces
- Future work will deepen scenario quality, evaluation logic, guided exploration, and clearer distinction between supporting experiments and stable service capabilities
Recent Build Expansion
Active- Successful Replit experiments have been selectively ported into self-contained browser experiences
- Interactive platform utilities now extend beyond documentation into exploration, prompting, and guided learning
- Prompt Wizard and related tools help demonstrate how Satoshium can become useful before it becomes complex
- Signal Boards support coordination with proposal intake and archival infrastructure signaling
- Agent Governance Tool and Verification Ledger Tool extend the platform beyond documentation into governance evaluation, verifiable records, and exportable review artifacts
- The platform is increasingly combining documentation, interaction, experimentation, and coordination into a unified public build
This reflects a shift from static structure alone toward visible, usable, browser-native public service components and supporting coordination surfaces.
Phase 3 — Platform Capability Layer
Next- Maintain Systems and Services pages with clear public-service definitions and operational boundaries
- Continue stabilizing governance, verification, and agent-safety services such as Aegis, Agent Governance, and Verification Ledger
- Connect Registry, Repo Map, and Systems into a more unified specification layer
- Improve onboarding, educational pathways, guided public exploration, and service discovery
- Preserve clear boundaries between supporting experiments and stable public service systems
This phase turns architectural clarity into structured capability without losing the slow-build discipline.
Phase 4 — Human + AI Reasoning Infrastructure
Long horizon- Humans and AI systems reason about complex systems through shared knowledge and verifiable claims
- Controlled evaluation environments become more integrated with knowledge, governance, and verification layers
- Additional aligned tools and structured reasoning workflows may emerge from the platform foundation
- Public-facing tools remain grounded in transparency, auditable assumptions, and long-term maintainability
The destination is not rushed expansion. It is a durable public platform where inspection, governance review, verification, documentation, and reasoning can happen responsibly over time.
